Materials & Workmanship

OM-Z tables are crafted from commercial-grade materials: 8.0 mm solid steel bases (or molded aluminum for OM-Z-14), Ø76×1.5 mm stainless steel columns, and 2.5 mm top flanges. Welding uses CO₂-shielded and laser/high-frequency techniques; exposed welds are ground and smoothed to remove burrs. Powder-coated components go through a nine-step pretreatment (degrease, rust removal, acid wash, phosphating, etc.) and Aksu electrostatic powder application to comply with HG/T2006-2006 and salt spray resistance standards. Finish options include brushed or polished stainless or custom RAL powder-coat.

Occasional / breakout seating: OM-Z-02 & OM-Z-03 with laminate (HPL) or veneer tops (Ø600 / 600×600).
Meeting & negotiation corners: OM-Z-04 (tulip weighted) recommended for tabletops up to Ø900 or heavy materials.
