Each frame uses an 8 mm stamped steel base, a tapered φ70×1.5 mm central column and a 2.5 mm pressed steel top flange — all manufactured from national standard cold-rolled steel and finished with industry-grade powder coating.

Manufacturing processes include CO2 gas shielded welding and laser/high-frequency welding for superior joint integrity; exposed welds are ground smooth and inspected to meet GB/T 3325-2017 metal furniture technical standards. Surface treatment follows a multi-step process — degreasing, rust removal, pickling and phosphating — before electrostatic powder coating with high-performance powder (meets HG/T2006-2006).
